Coming next month, the Adult Institute will offer a two-session course on preparing international kosher food dishes, taught by our own resident gastronomes, Harriet Sayer, Joseph Pariente, and Ruth Shapiro.
On March 5th, come with your taste buds primed for a treat, because Harriet will be preparing Sephardic salads and Joe will introduce us to Moroccan and Israeli delicacies.
On March 19th, get ready to roll, because Ruth Shapiro promises to teach you all you need to know to prepare kosher sushi!
