We want to congratulate the Journal Dinner Dance Committee for an awesome party last night.

The honorees were greatly moved by the tributes, the food was great, and the dancing (especially the hora) was spectacular. No one does a hora like Jack Bashkow's band. Michele, Aviva, Stephanie, Debbie, Amy, Gail, Michael and Janet Marcus deserve all the plaudits they’ve been getting.

Special mention to Stephanie for the beautiful journals that adorned the tables. Also, special mention to Anderson and Sam Ainbender for making sure the cranky air conditioning didn’t plotz again during the festivities, and of course to Edith for shepherding the process as well.

Not only was the Dinner Dance fun, but it will help address our funding needs too.
