NightShul begins Oct. 15

NightShul, the adult learning community at East Midwood Jewish Center, begins its second season Thursday, October 15. NightShul will meet most Thursday evenings from October through May, with a different set of learning opportunities each month.

Every NightShul evening starts at 7:00 with a wine and cheese social hour, where you can meet and build relationships with more people than just those who share your learning choices.

Learning begins at 8:00.

Sisters and Brother in the Bible – Taught by Dr. Rabbi Barat Ellman

Turning and Letting Go: Jewish Ways of Forgiveness – Taught by Rabbi Regina Sandler Philips

Learn to Lead Weekday Shacharit – Taught by Cantor Sam Levine

Beginner level Ulpan – Taught by Moran Ben Shaul Lantner

Introduction to Judaism: An exploration for curious adults – Taught by Rabbi Sue Ore
